Charlie Wing
Author of One - Minute Guide to the Nautical Rules of the Road, received his Ph.D. in oceanography from MIT, lived aboard a boat for six years, and is also the authot of Get Your Captain's License. His frustration with available study guides for the coast guard exams led him to create International Marine's bestselling Get Your Captain's License. He is also author of three other Marine books, including Boatowner's Illustrated Handbook of Wiring.
